About DataZymes
DataZymes is a data analytics company delivering actionable intelligence and digital solutions. We are setting up a brand-recent Digital Product Centre of Excellence (COE) in Bengaluru to design, build and scale AI-native enterprise products.

The Role
We are hiring a hands-on Digital Product Architect to build our Digital Product COE from zero to one. You will define the technical vision, build the engineering team from the ground up, and stay hands-on in the code. You will architect enterprise-scale applications that combine full-stack engineering (Java / .NET, React / Angular) with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Vector and Graph databases).

Key Responsibilities
• COE Setup & Leadership: Set up the Digital Product COE. Hire, mentor and lead a team of full-stack engineers and AI engineers. Define coding standards, CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery practices.
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure microservices architecture for high-volume data workloads and real-time AI inference.
• Hands-on Full Stack Development: Write production code across the stack. Build backends in Java (Spring Boot) and/or .NET Core (C#), and frontends in React and/or Angular.
• Generative AI & LLM Integration: Build AI-driven applications using LLMs such as Claude, Gemini and GPT-4. Design and build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines on enterprise data.
• AI Agents & Orchestration: Build AI agents, copilots and semantic search using LangChain / LangGraph and the GitHub Agent SDK.
• Database Design: Design data models using Vector Databases (semantic search, LLM context retrieval) and Graph Databases (knowledge graphs, relationship mapping).
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Product Managers,



Data Scientists and leadership to turn business needs into technical blueprints and ship products.

Must-Have Skills
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3–5 years as a Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Technical Lead
• Hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) OR .NET (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET)
• Hands-on expertise in React OR Angular, with TypeScript
• Hands-on Generative AI experience: built and deployed RAG pipelines and LLM-based applications in production
• Experience with LangChain (or LangGraph / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel)
• Experience with at least one Vector Database: Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector or FAISS
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, RESTful APIs and Event-Driven Architecture
• Cloud experience on AWS, Azure or GCP, plus Docker and Kubernetes
• Track record of building enterprise SaaS platforms or data-heavy applications from scratch

Good-to-Have Skills
• Hands-on in both Java and .NET, and both React and Angular
• Graph Databases: Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Knowledge Graphs
• AI Agents / Agentic AI, GitHub Agent SDK, copilot development
• LLM APIs: OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini
• gRPC, Kafka, Redux / NgRx, Tailwind / Material UI
• Experience in life sciences, pharma or healthcare analytics
• Experience setting up an engineering team or COE

Who You Are
• A builder: as comfortable whiteboarding an architecture as debugging a React component or tuning a LangChain prompt
• Still writes code every week, not only reviews it
• Explains complex AI and technology concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
