Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and dynamic Relationship Managers to join our growth engine in Mumbai. If you have experience in gold loan processing, strong customer relationship management skills, and a drive to earn attractive incentives, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer relationships, understanding their financial needs and guiding them through the gold loan process.
- Evaluate gold assets and ensure seamless compliance, documentation, and verification standards.
- Drive business growth by cross-selling and upselling financial products to recent and existing clients.
- Ensure a smooth, secure, and hassle-free loan disbursal experience for customers.




- Achieve individual monthly sales and loan portfolio targets.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

- Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC / 12th Pass) or Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in the Gold Loan sector (NBFC/Banking environment).
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and basic knowledge of gold evaluation and lending operations.
- Locality: Candidates based in or ready to work in Mumbai.
