Role & responsibilities : The role is responsible to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis function by providing strategic financial insights, budgeting, forecasting and partnering with business to drive data-based decision making, bringing operational efficiencies and long-term financial sustainability.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes across business verticals
- Partner with business and functional heads to develop long term strategy and AOP
- Analyze and report financial performance (Budget vs Actual) and providing actionable insights to improve business performances
- Prepare monthly/ quarterly management reports, dashboards and financial KPIs for leadership and board reviews.
- Consolidation of PnL
- Lead business case preparation for recent products, markets or business lines
- Conduct profitability analysis and margin improvement scenarios. Overall ownership of the P&L;
- Act as a key partner to the CFO in financial strategy and special projects
