The Gurukulam School is looking for energetic and target-driven Marketing Executives to join our Marketing & Admissions team.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and candidates with sales experience in any industry who are comfortable with fieldwork are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute on-ground marketing and lead generation activities across assigned territories.
• Plan and conduct canopy activities, leaflet distribution, and local area marketing campaigns.
• Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events.
• Coordinate and organize in-house and external school events.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and home counselling sessions for prospective parents.
• Follow up on inquiries and walk-ins to drive admissions and conversions.
• Build local partnerships with RWAs, play schools, and other institutions.
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
• Candidates with sales experience in any industry are welcome.
• Willingness to work in the field and achieve daily targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
• Own bike and smartphone are mandatory.
