1. Assembly Department Planning – Prepare daily and weekly production plans and ensure their effective implementation on the shop floor.
2. Manpower Management – Efficiently manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
3. Productivity Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor productivity data and analyze performance to identify improvement opportunities.
4. RFT Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor Right First Time (RFT) performance and analyze data to reduce rejection and rework.
5. Process Improvement Knowledge – Valuable knowledge of Kanban, 5S, Why-Why Analysis, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement techniques.
6. Ownership & Initiative – Ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively initiate improvements.
7. Shop Floor Supervision – Supervise day-to-day shop floor activities and ensure smooth production operations.
8. ERP Knowledge – Working knowledge of ERP systems for production and operational activities.
9. MS Office Knowledge – Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
10. Creativity & Teamwork – Creative, proactive, and a good team player with effective coordination and communication skills.
