- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled shredding, separation, and conveyor lines
- Handle motors, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and wiring faults
- Read electrical schematics and control wiring diagrams
- Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Support installation and commissioning of new recycling equipment
- Supervise electricians and technicians
- Ensure electrical safety and compliance in a heavy-duty plant environment
- Maintain maintenance logs and spare parts records
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E. / B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial plant
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and control panels
- Solid troubleshooting skills in breakdown situations
- Experience with shredders, crushers, or conveyor systems is an advantage
- Comfortable working in plant conditions
- Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred
