Technology Consulting - Manager Nokia FlowOne Solution Architect

The Chance

In this role at EY GDS Consulting, you will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for telecom clients, acting as their trusted advisor in transformation leveraging Nokia FlowOne driven solutions. You will apply leading industry standards along with Nokia FlowOne expertise to solve complex telecommunication challenges and leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive Telco transformations. You will support the Partners and the Markets team in any opportunities that are initiated by clients.

You will be responsible to create a market for EY offerings across the telecommunications value chain and generate new leads and opportunities based on the client relationships you already have. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivery of key client outcomes on engagements by managing the teams on ground and client expectations of delivery, helping project teams mitigate delivery risk and identifying key issues that hinder outcomes for the client.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Provide solution architecture and thought leadership on Zero Touch Fulfilment and Autonomous Networks leveraging Nokia FlowOne and other Nokia suite of OSS products
- Lead the implementation of related solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Driving presales response for OSS transformation RFIs/RFPs.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for network architectures, designs, and processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Autonomous networks, AI, and Machine learning with hands on experience in leveraging leading AI tools for deliveries.
- Develop and apply solution architecture standards, processes, and principles.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms that support autonomous networking initiatives.




- You will be the day-to-day point of contact for clients and managers on projects. You structure and engage teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that the telecommunication industry players face.
- You help develop the business and acquire new clients and engagements, including the identification and pursuit of business opportunities by forging strong client relationships.
- You build and maintain long-term relationships with senior clients.
- You drive strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs.
- Delivering qualified solutions to meet business objectives, providing focus to ensure scope and objectives are maintained throughout the project and program life cycles ensuring benefits realization.
- Result oriented leadership style, setting achievable goals and leading by example linking commercial and technical arenas.

Skills and attributes for success

- Consultant with 10-12 Years proven experience and hands-on professional experience in Nokia FlowOne, driving large programs and should have worked as an Architect/Designer for at least 5 years.
- Understanding of 5G Slicing, 5G SA/NSA networks, IP/MPLS, Optics, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, Fixed network.
- In depth knowledge of TMForums Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and related ODA components along with TMForum Open APIs.
- Deep knowledge of OSS Architecture,



Processes and Systems with practical and proven experience of solutioning for large telecom companies.
- Experience in architecting Zero-Touch operations, Closed Loop Automation, Autonomous Networks and implementing Intent-Driven Management systems to translate business goals to machine readable Intents in telecom domain.
- Experience in building comprehensive solutions and response to complex RFx during presales, especially leveraging Nokias OSS product suite.
- Providing Autonomous Networks (AN) thought leadership, solution implementation leadership, application expertise and solution vision to clients.
- Additional experience in other Nokia suite of OSS products will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience in Java, Python, Kubernetes, Microservices, Databases, etc.
- Expertise and experience to provide thought leadership and guidance on resolving complex implementation and solution issues.
- Expertise to review and approve methods design and development solution documents, internal and external test strategies, plans and scripts.
- Navigate complex client relationships and large transformation related challenges.
- Extensive RFP exposure - developing capability needs and supplier liaison.
- Process development for both 'As Is' and 'To Be' to aid requirement and solution definition and scoping.
- A bachelors degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/ or any other relevant discipline.
- Relevant certifications (E.g., TOGAF, eTOM, ODA) are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
