- Operate and monitor recycling machinery safely.
- Perform routine machine inspections and report breakdowns.
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
- Identify and segregate different plastic materials from e-waste.
- Understand plastic properties, applications, and compatibility.
- Identify mixed plastics and contaminated materials.
- Have knowledge of plastic recycling processes and material quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain material and production records.
- Ensure proper sorting & storage of recycled materials.
- Assist in machine maintenance and repairs.
- Follow environmental and safety regulations.
Preferred candidate profile
ITI in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, recycling, or heavy industrial plant
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi / Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and control panels
- Solid troubleshooting skills in breakdown situations
- Experience with shredders, crushers, or conveyor systems is an advantage
- Comfortable working in plant conditions
- Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, or English preferred
