Key Requirements:
Mandatory: Strong experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
Mandatory: Exposure to land-related legal matters or regulatory matters.
Good to have: Experience in litigation, arbitration and commercial disputes.
Knowledge of EPC contracts, ROW, land due diligence and power sector regulations.
