Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Admission Counsellors who can guide prospective students in choosing the right career-oriented courses. The candidate will be responsible for handling enquiries, understanding student requirements, explaining course offerings and converting prospective leads into admissions.

1. Roles & ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling: Counsel prospective students from different educational and qualified backgrounds and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
2. Course Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of programs such as AWS & DevOps, Data Analytics, Salesforce, Azure Data Engineering, Java and other technical courses.
3. Course Explanation: Explain course structure, curriculum, duration, fees,



benefits and career opportunities to prospective students.
4. Lead Management: Handle incoming enquiries, follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication to generate admissions.
5. Admission Conversion: Convert prospective leads into successful admissions by understanding their requirements and addressing their concerns.
6. Sales Targets: Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
7. Objection Handling: Address student queries, concerns and objections professionally to build confidence and encourage enrolments.
8. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, counselling sessions and admission status in the CRM.
9. Coordination: Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
10. Reporting: Share daily activity reports, lead status and admission conversion updates with the reporting manager.
