Job Description: Business Development Manager – Real Estate

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team building, managing sales executives, driving revenue growth, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.

- Build, lead, and manage a team of sales executives to drive business growth.

- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance to ensure consistent results.

- Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities and converting potential leads into clients.

- Manage client relationships and develop a strong network within the real estate market.

- Monitor sales pipelines, lead conversion rates, and team productivity.

- Set sales targets for team members and ensure timely achievement of business goals.

- Identify market trends, competitor activities,



and opportunities for business expansion.

- Prepare regular sales performance reports and share progress with management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.

- Strong experience in team building and sales team management.

- Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through a team of sales executives.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and client-handling skills.

- Strong understanding of real estate sales, lead generation, and client conversion.

- A target-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving business goals.

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Significant Note

We are considering only experienced candidates with a minimum of 3 years of real estate experience. Candidates must have practical experience in building and managing teams and generating revenue through sales executives.
