Licious is hiring Delivery Executives to ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders. The Delivery Executive will be responsible for picking up orders from the assigned Licious hub, delivering them to customers within the stipulated time, and maintaining the quality of products during transportation. Candidates should interact professionally with customers, update delivery status through the mobile app, collect cash payments when applicable, and report any delivery-related issues to the supervisor. Applicants should have at least a 10th pass qualification, a valid two-wheeler driving license, a bike/scooter with valid RC and insurance, and a smartphone with internet access. Basic knowledge of using mobile applications and positive communication skills are essential. The role offers a fixed salary along with attendance and performance incentives as per company policy, and opportunities for career growth. Delivery Executives work in rotational shifts for 11 hours a day, 6 days a week, with one rotational weekly off.
