- Connect with clients and understand their requirements.
- Handle incoming enquiries related to corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, customised printing and branding products.
- Share product catalogues, quotations and proposals with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly on quotations and pending enquiries to generate business.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Design and Production teams for pricing, product availability and order execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records and customer information in CRM.
