Varthana Finance is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to drive branch business, manage sales targets, lead a team and ensure branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive business development and achieve sales and disbursement targets.
2. Manage branch operations, profitability and collections.
3. Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
4. Build robust customer relationships and develop the local market.
5. Ensure timely loan processing and control delinquencies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, MFI, SME Loans, Mortgage, Retail Sales or Financial Services.
- Postgraduate qualification.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Valid Driving Licence.
