Job Brief

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage day-to-day construction and site execution activities. The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on expertise in structural or finishing works, ensuring that all site operations align with quality, safety, and blueprint guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring execution strictly complies with structural and architectural drawings.

Quality & Material Control: Monitor the utilization of construction materials to prevent wastage and inspect workmanship to meet required engineering standards.

Progress Tracking: Maintain daily site logs, track labor output, record equipment usage, and report project progress directly to management.

Safety Compliance:



Enforce site safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment for all laborers and contractors.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on experience in civil construction or site execution.

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Skills:

Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and blueprint reading.

Valuable communication and team coordination skills.

Proficiency in site measurements, quantity checks, and basic reporting.

Compensation & Working Hours

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set).
