Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 years; relevant experience preferred

Job type: Full-time, work from office

Responsibilities

Coordinate IT networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV and telecom projects.

Follow up with site engineers, technicians, vendors and customers.

Track project schedules, material deliveries and installation status.

Prepare daily progress reports and project trackers in MS Excel.

Maintain quotations, purchase orders, delivery challans and handover documents.

Escalate delays and provide regular updates to management.

Required skills

Good MS Excel, email and documentation skills.

Solid follow-up and communication skills.

Willingness to coordinate with field teams and visit sites when required.

Basic knowledge of networking, IT hardware or telecom is preferred.
