Role Summary

As an International Voice Process Associate, you will hold outbound conversations with prospective customers in the UK and Australia, understand their needs and guide them towards the right outcome through clear, empathetic communication.

Eligibility

- 12th pass, undergraduates, graduates and freshers
- Professionals with up to 3 years in international voice, customer service or telesales (an advantage, not a requirement)
- Students pursuing higher education, if they can commit to the full-time schedule

Key Responsibilities

- Engage prospective customers through outbound voice calls
- Listen actively, identify needs and assess eligibility against campaign criteria
- Handle questions and objections with patience, empathy and sound judgment




- Record every interaction accurately in the CRM
- Maintain call quality, customer consent and privacy standards
- Work towards individual and team targets

Compensation & Perks

- Fixed monthly salary: ₹17,000-₹22,000
- Performance incentives: ₹2,000 to ₹25,000 per month (subject to performance)
- Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (on-site, full-time)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday off
- Shifts: UK 2:00 PM-11:00 PM IST | Australia 5:00 AM-2:00 PM IST (no overnight shifts)
- Cab: One-time pick and drop facility
