We are hiring Telecaller for Student Admission Process for Engineering College
Candidate has to call Prospective Students and Parents and inform abput courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Provide information about college courses, admissions, and facilities.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Primary target will be generating and converting college walk-in enquiries.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and admission leads.
Experience: 1–2 years preferred; Freshers can also apply
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi, with basic English proficiency.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Candidates with telecalling, counselling, sales, or admission-related experience will be preferred.
Candidate Preference:
- Male/Female candidates with a positive attitude, valuable communication skills, and a target-oriented approach.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Work Timing : 10.30 AM - 5.30 PM , Monday to Saturday
