Job Opening: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Ghaziabad / Noida

Eligibility & Requirements:

- BBA/MBA with excellent English communication skills and a clear, professional speaking style (no strong regional accent).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate.

- Must be a resident of Ghaziabad or Noida.

- Bachelor candidates preferred.

- Must own a Bike, Smartphone and Laptop.

- Solid interpersonal, negotiation and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly visit Builders and Real Estate Brokers to promote our offers and marketing campaigns.

- Develop and maintain professional business relationships.

- Meet prospective high-value clients and facilitate deal finalisation.





- Drive business development and achieve sales targets.

Working Schedule:

- 6 Days a Week.

- Saturday & Sunday are working days.

- Monday is the weekly off.

Salary & Incentives:

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.

- Mobile Bill Reimbursement.

- Travel Allowance on a per-kilometre basis.

- Approximate Monthly Earnings: ₹28,000 (Fixed + Allowances).

- Attractive Performance-Based Incentives: Potential to earn up to ₹40,000 per month in incentives after completion of the initial 3 months.

Employment Terms:

- Minimum 1-year employment commitment / contract.
