We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Freshers to join our team as an E-Commerce Executive / Trainee. In this role, you will learn and manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. This is an ideal chance for candidates passionate about e-commerce and digital retail to build hands-on skills in cataloging, listing optimization, and order management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Cataloging & Listing: Assist in creating, updating, and uploading product listings with accurate titles, bullet points, descriptions, and images.
- Daily Marketplace Operations: Monitor seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) to track daily sales, orders, and returns.
- Inventory Tracking: Coordinate daily stock updates to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts.
- Order & Dispatch Coordination:



Work closely with the packing and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing and tracking.
- Customer Support Coordination: Track customer inquiries, feedback, and return requests to help maintain top account health.
- Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year of experience; no prior corporate experience required).
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
- Basic Computer Skills: Good familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets (basic data entry, formulas).
- Skills & Mindset: Quick learner, attention to detail, and a keen interest in online shopping platforms.
- Communication: Basic English and clear Hindi communication skills.
