About Petoo

Petoo connects veterinary care, pet services, local communities and animal welfare on one platform. We are building our Tricity network (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur) and need someone to lead it on the ground, working directly with the founder.

What you will do

• Build our vet network: Find and visit clinics, meet vets and staff, explain Petoo and onboard them. After training, give straightforward demos of our clinic tools and follow up until clinics are actively using Petoo.

• Onboard feeders and rescuers: Meet feeders, rescuers and animal-welfare volunteers, earn their trust, bring them onto Petoo and stay in regular touch.

• Work with RWAs: Approach Resident Welfare Associations, introduce Petoo, and help set up community initiatives (such as vaccination drives, awareness sessions or feeding-point arrangements) as agreed with the founder. Help resolve resident-feeder concerns calmly.

• Coordinate to completion: Arrange visits and meetings, connect the right people, and follow up until agreed tasks are done, including animal-care cases within the support Petoo has agreed to provide.

• Keep partners active: Check in after onboarding, solve routine questions, and bring bigger issues to the founder with clear details.

• Stay organised: Plan your routes,



keep contact and follow-up records up to date, and send the founder a short weekly update on progress, problems and next steps.

• Share ground feedback: Tell us what clinics, feeders and RWAs actually need.

Requirements

• Lives in Tricity and can travel locally most working days

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence

• Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi

• Comfortable around street dogs; patient and respectful with animals and caregivers

• 1+ year in field operations, field sales, community work, clinic coordination, rescue work or similar

• Follows through without reminders and gives honest updates when stuck

• Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Maps, spreadsheets and simple apps

Good to have

• Existing contacts with vets, feeders, rescue groups or RWAs

• Experience onboarding businesses or community groups

No veterinary qualification needed. We care about judgement, reliability and how you work with people.

Pay and terms

• Rs 25,000 - 35,000 per month fixed (based on experience) + performance incentives

• Fuel for work travel reimbursed separately

• Full-time field role. 90-day contract, then review for continuation

• Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a paid field trial
