21st Avenue – From the House of Badmaash Kebabi is looking for dedicated and responsible candidates to support its restaurant, cafeteria, and corporate catering operations. The role involves coordinating daily kitchen activities, assisting with food preparation and presentation, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and safety standards, and ensuring timely service.

Responsibilities include managing raw material inventory, monitoring stock levels, minimizing food wastage, coordinating with kitchen and service staff, and maintaining smooth buffet operations. Candidates will also assist in planning and executing corporate events, bulk food orders, and catering requirements, ensuring proper portion control and customer satisfaction.

Applicants should have good communication and teamwork skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced food service environment.

Prior experience in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, or catering operations will be an added advantage.
