We are looking for an energetic and confident Franchise Dealer Associate to manage sales activities at an assigned franchise dealer location. The candidate will be responsible for increasing product sales, generating recent business leads, building relationships with painters and contractors, and improving brand visibility through regular market visits and dealer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
- Drive product sales through the assigned franchise dealer.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase overall business turnover.
- Focus on regular and special product sales.
2. Product Sales & Promotion
- Promote company products through the franchise dealer counter.
- Encourage dealers, painters and contractors to purchase company products.
- Communicate new product launches, schemes and offers.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate new leads through market visits, dealer contacts and contractor connections.
- Follow up on leads and help convert them into painting-service customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned area.
4. Painter & Contractor Engagement
- Enroll painters and contractors into the Sparkle Contractor Loyalty Program.
- Maintain proper records of enrolled painters and contractors.
- Regularly interact with painters and contractors to encourage product purchases and program participation.
5. Dealer Support & Shop Display
- Maintain proper product display and branding at the franchise dealer shop.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and visible.
- Support the dealer in promoting new products, schemes and offers.
6. Market Visits & Activities
- Conduct regular visits to dealers, painters, contractors and construction sites.
- Organize painter and contractor meetings along with the TSM/TSE.
- Support promotional activities and new product launches in the assigned market.

Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Diploma holders; Graduates preferred
- Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates from paint industry or allied industries preferred
- Age: Less than 30 years preferred
