*? About the Role:*

Business Development Managers will visit assigned *SMEs & merchants* and onboard them onto *Google Ads*. The starting advertising budget for each merchant is ₹5,000. The objective is to help businesses increase their visibility on Google Maps and generate new customers through paid advertising.

*? Key Responsibilities:*

• Visit assigned leads and meet business owners/merchants.

• Pitch and onboard clients for Google Ads.

• Explain the benefits of digital advertising and online visibility.

• Handle end-to-end onboarding, documentation & ad activation.





• Maintain robust client relationships and ensure retention.

• Achieve monthly sales/onboarding targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign activation.

✅ Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales / Business Development

✅ Strong communication & presentation skills

✅ Comfortable with field sales & client meetings
