SRJ Groups is looking for a responsible and active Housekeeping Field Officer to manage housekeeping staff, monitor site operations and ensure quality service at client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily site operations.
- Manage staff attendance, grooming, uniforms and discipline.
- Arrange manpower deployment and relievers for absentee staff.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with clients and the operations team.
- Submit daily reports and maintain attendance records.
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping or facility management preferred.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Ability to travel to client sites.
- Responsible, punctual and problem-solving attitude.
