1. Barista – Key Responsibilities (Job Description)Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino, latte, Americano and other beverages.
2. Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
3. Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences.
4. Create attractive coffee presentations and latte art.
5. Take customer orders and provide excellent guest service.
6. Handle POS billing, cash payments and order processing.
7. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee counter and workstation.
8. Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups and other inventory.
9. Ensure the quality, taste and presentation of all beverages.
10. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth cafe operations.
11. Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
12. Handle customer complaints and special beverage requests professionally
