The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of office premises, employees, visitors, and company assets. The role includes monitoring entry and exit points, verifying visitors, maintaining security records, and ensuring a secure and disciplined working environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel.
2. Verify visitor identities and maintain visitor entry registers.
3. Check employee ID cards and ensure only authorized persons enter the premises.
4. Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities.
5. Conduct regular security rounds of the office premises.
6. Ensure the safety of office property, equipment, and other assets.
7. Manage vehicle entry and parking, where required.
8. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and fire alarms.
9.
Report any security breaches, unusual activities, or incidents to the supervisor or management.
10. Ensure proper handover of duties and maintain the security logbook.
11. Follow company security procedures and maintain qualified behavior at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th pass preferred.
- Previous security experience is preferred.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Honest, alert, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to handle visitors and employees politely.
- Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and fire safety.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comply with all office security rules and instructions issued by management.
