Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities, acquire clients, and increase catering bookings across Pune and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organisers, and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and acquire new customers for catering services.

Approach corporate offices, IT companies, hospitals, colleges, and other institutions for catering contracts.

Develop relationships with wedding planners, banquet halls, event venues, and event management companies.

Promote catering packages for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and private functions.

Conduct field visits and client meetings to generate business opportunities.

Handle customer enquiries, understand requirements,



and coordinate customised quotations.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Maintain a database of leads, customer contacts, quotations, and sales activities.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed orders.

Requirements

Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads independently and close sales.

Willingness to travel across Pune for client meetings and field sales.

Basic computer knowledge, including WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in dealing with clients.

Previous experience in sales, catering, hospitality, event management, or B2B sales is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Compensation

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.

Performance-based incentives on successful business acquisition may be offered.
