? Qualification: BBA HR / MBA HR

? Experience: Minimum 1+ Year in Recruitment & Employee Coordination

? Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

? Work Location: Hyderabad

? Languages Required: Hindi, English & Telugu

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Candidate sourcing and resume screening

✅ Conducting initial telephonic interviews

✅ Scheduling and coordinating interviews

✅ Managing end-to-end recruitment activities

✅ Employee coordination and onboarding support

✅ Maintaining recruitment trackers and employee records

✅ Following up with candidates and coordinating with management

? Required Skills





✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Experience in recruitment and employee coordination

✔️ Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu

✔️ Strong follow-up and organizational skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
