Job Description – Business Development Manager (BDM)

About the Company:

Creature Holidays Private Limited is a travel and tourism company providing holiday packages, visa consultancy, flight bookings, hotel reservations and customized travel solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our business and build strong client and business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop new business opportunities and generate leads through B2B and B2C channels.
2. Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients and individual customers.
3. Promote international holiday packages, group tours, visa services and travel products.
4. Develop B2B partnerships with travel agents and tour operators across India.
5. Handle client enquiries, prepare quotations and convert leads into successful bookings.
6. Identify current markets and implement strategies to increase company sales and revenue.
7. Negotiate with travel suppliers, hotels, DMCs and other business partners.
8. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain business development reports.
9.



Coordinate with the operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–6 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of international holiday packages and travel services.
- Experience in B2B sales, B2C sales and business development.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and email communication.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to generate leads, close deals and achieve sales targets.

Salary & Advantages:

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience and skills).
