- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads through regular calling.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead management.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach while communicating with customers.
- Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to handle customer objections and queries.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven approach.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Preferred CandidateSomeone who is confident speaking over the phone.
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Can manage multiple customer conversations efficiently.
