Location: Noida

Experience: Relevant experience mandatory

Travel: 15 days per month (Pan India)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of franchise outlets.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure smooth operations and service quality.

Coordinate with franchise owners and store staff to resolve operational issues.

Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs and operational standards.

Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement

Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.

Provide guidance and support to franchise partners.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in operations, preferably in franchise, retail, laundry, or service industries.

Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Must be comfortable travelling Pan India for 15 days every month.

Freshers are not eligible.
