- Key ResponsibilitiesDrive gold loan sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Generate leads through databases, job postings, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification:
12th Pass to Any Degree
- Experience: 4 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales is mandatory.
- Age: 24–42 years
- Gender: Male/Female
- Languages: English, Hindi, and Punjabi
