About Oroglow Professional

Oroglow Professional is a growing skincare and haircare brand offering professional beauty and salon products, including facial kits, bleach, hair spa, keratin, smoothing treatments, shampoos, masks and hair serums.

We are expanding our salon distribution network in Jalandhar and looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive who can develop strong relationships with salon owners and grow our business in the local market.

- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit 12–15 beauty salons, hair salons and parlours every day across assigned areas of Jalandhar.
- Identify and approach new salons to introduce Oroglow Professional products.
- Meet salon owners and decision-makers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits, usage, pricing and salon profitability.
- Convert prospective salons into regular purchasing customers.
- Generate recent orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing salon customers and generate repeat orders.
- Follow up with interested salons, collect feedback and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers and market activities.




- Submit daily sales and visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, skincare, haircare or salon-product distribution.
- Experience dealing with retailers, distributors, salon owners or beauty professionals will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate new customers and close sales independently.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Must have a smartphone for reporting and field activities.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is preferred.
- Candidates who understand the local Jalandhar market will be preferred.
- Working DetailsWorking hours: 11:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Daily field visits: 12–15 salons
- Working days: Full-time field-sales role
- Location: Jalandhar city and nearby assigned areas
