About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team for a long-term association.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Candidate Requirements:

- Must be based in Chandigarh, Mohali or Panchkula (Tricity).
- Prior experience in recruitment / talent acquisition will be preferred.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Must have a personal laptop/computer and a reliable internet connection.
- Should be self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working independently from home.
