? HIRING | OCM CONSULTANT – BUSINESS CONSULTING

We’re looking for an OCM consultant who can help organisations navigate transformation, drive user adoption, and make change happen successfully.

? What we’re looking for:

✅ 4–10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Organisational Change Management (OCM)

✅ Hands-on experience in change strategy and planning

✅ Stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, and readiness assessments

✅ Change communications, training materials, and training delivery

✅ Experience driving user adoption and workforce transformation

✅ Exposure to ERP/HCM implementations and transformation programmes

✅ Strong coordination, governance, and risk management skills.
