Role Description The Yoga Instructor will lead daily yoga sessions for employees at the Hyderabad office, helping promote physical wellbeing, stress management, and mindfulness in the workplace.

Responsibilities include planning and conducting group classes, demonstrating safe and effective postures and sequences, and adapting sessions to different fitness levels and abilities. The role involves educating participants on breathing techniques, relaxation, and alignment principles, as well as maintaining a calm, inclusive, and supportive environment.



The instructor will also collaborate with HR or wellness teams to schedule sessions, track participation, and suggest improvements to the corporate wellness program.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Yoga Instruction skills, with the ability to plan and lead structured group sessions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge and practical experience in styles such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa.
- Candidates should possess Teaching skills, including class management, guidance, and the ability to modify practices for different levels.
- Candidates should possess clear and empathetic Communication skills to explain techniques, provide feedback, and support participants.
- Recognized yoga certification from a reputable institution and prior experience as a yoga instructor, preferably in a corporate or studio setting.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, injury prevention, and safe practice guidelines.
- Ability to foster an inclusive setting, respect diverse backgrounds, and maintain professional conduct.
- Basic proficiency in English and local language, and flexibility in working schedules aligned with office hours.
