Class Threads is looking for an experienced freelancer to set up and integrate our WhatsApp and CRM systems.
Engagement: Freelance / Project-based (long-term chance for the right fit)
Location: Remote (Delhi NCR candidates preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure the WhatsApp Business API
- Integrate WhatsApp with a CRM platform for lead and customer management
- Build automated workflows: auto-replies, broadcasts and follow-ups
- Set up a shared team inbox and train the team on using it
Requirements
- Proven experience with WhatsApp API platforms such as Interakt, WATI, AiSensy or Gallabox
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot or LeadSquared
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly)
- Ability to recommend the right tool stack for a business’s needs
- A portfolio of completed integration projects
