We need an HR Intern who wants to build things, not just watch.
This is NOT:
- Making tea and filing papers
- A certificate-only internship
This IS:
- Writing HR policies the team will actually follow
- Hiring: posting jobs, screening resumes, first-round calls
- Making offer letters, joining forms and employee files
- Tracking attendance and leave
- Welcoming current joiners
- Working close to the management team
Internship details
- Type: Unpaid, part-time
- Time: 3-4 hours per day
- Duration: 3 months
- Location: Remote
