We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Real Estate Sales professional to lead sales for an exclusive Sole Selling Real Estate Project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the assigned real estate project.
- Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, real estate consultants and other relevant sources.
- Build and maintain a solid network of property brokers, channel partners, investors and prospective buyers.
- Identify potential customers, conduct meetings, organise site visits and drive successful deal closures.
- Handle client negotiations, property presentations and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation, branding and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, lead database and regular follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing and customer preferences.




- Achieve monthly and overall project sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, payment follow-ups and customer handovers.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales.
- Strong network of brokers, channel partners and potential investors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- Target-driven, proactive and commercially aware.
- Willingness to travel and undertake regular project site visits.
