Role Description The Warehouse Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bihar. The role involves overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, storing, and dispatching goods in line with company standards and safety procedures.

The Warehouse

Executive will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records,



and coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery. This position is also responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Regular communication with internal teams and customers to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure service quality is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Warehouse Management and Inventory Control skills.
- Candidates should possess Packing skills and attention to detail in handling and organizing goods.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bihar, manage shift-based operations, and handle physical aspects of warehouse work.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or inventory management software are beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
