GoKite Travel & Tours is looking for a target-driven Visa Consultant with strong knowledge of global visa procedures and a good understanding of holidays, tours, and ticketing. The role involves managing and growing relationships with travel agents and B2B partners, handling travel-related enquiries, promoting visa and travel services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with assigned travel-agent and B2B partner accounts.
- Handle B2B enquiries for global visas, holiday packages, tours, ticketing, and other travel-related services.
- Advise travel agents on visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and processing timelines for various destinations.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of holiday packages, tour itineraries, destinations, and travel arrangements.
- Understand ticketing procedures, airline bookings, and travel portals.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across visas, holidays, tours, and ticketing.
- Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain CRM records,



follow up regularly, and reactivate inactive accounts.
- Build strong partner relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, margin, and account-growth targets.
- Stay updated on global visa regulations, embassy requirements, travel destinations, and tourism products.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy, B2B travel, visa sales, holiday sales, ticketing, or travel consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of global visa procedures and documentation requirements.
- Good understanding of holidays, tours, travel packages, and ticketing procedures.
- Experience handling travel agents or B2B clients is preferred.
- Robust communication, customer-handling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Sales-oriented, target-driven, and capable of converting enquiries into business.
- Familiarity with travel portals, CRM systems, and booking procedures.
- Languages preferred: Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
