About UsBASICS, developed by Wellness Hub, is a child development and learning platform that helps parents support their children's growth through engaging activities, educational videos, learning games and expert guidance.

At Wellness Hub, we also create educational and mental wellness content with therapists, psychologists and other professionals.

We're looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to help us produce high-quality, engaging video content across our platforms.

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, hands-on professional who can independently manage video production from shooting to final editing.

You will work closely with our content team, therapists and other professionals to turn planned concepts into polished, engaging videos.

Our work includes therapist-led activity demonstrations, children's learning and video-modelling content, educational videos, product demonstrations, promotional videos and social media content.

We will primarily provide the concepts and content direction. Your responsibility will be to bring them to life through effective filming, thoughtful editing and professional presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute video shoots based on concepts and scripts provided by our team.
- Film therapists, educators, children and other presenters in educational and demonstration settings.
- Handle camera operation, lighting, framing, sound recording and shoot setup.
- Edit raw footage into polished,



engaging videos with clear storytelling and smooth transitions.
- Add suitable graphics, captions, music, sound effects, intros and outros.
- Perform colour correction, audio enhancement and other post-production tasks.
- Create promotional videos, product walkthroughs, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos and other digital content.
- Adapt videos for different platforms, formats and aspect ratios.
- Maintain consistent production quality and organise video files and project assets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve visual presentation and video quality.

Required Skills
- Strong practical skills in both videography and video editing.
- Experience handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro or equivalent professional video editing software.
- Good understanding of framing, composition, lighting, colour correction and audio quality.
- Ability to create clean, engaging videos with professional finishing.
- Working knowledge of motion graphics, text animation and visual effects.
- Ability to independently manage the production process from shooting to final delivery.
- Creativity, attention to detail and good time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience.




- A strong portfolio demonstrating both video shooting and editing capabilities.
- Experience creating educational videos, tutorials, interviews, demonstrations or marketing content.
- Familiarity with social media and digital video formats.

Experience in education, healthcare or child-focused content is an advantage, but not mandatory. What We Offer
