Role Description The Video Editor role at Paramount Infosystem Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, MI. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble raw footage into compelling videos for marketing campaigns, product showcases, tutorials, and social media content.

Responsibilities include selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, graphics, sound effects, and music, and ensuring brand consistency across all video materials.

The Video

Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to understand project objectives, create storyboards, and refine content based on feedback.



Additional tasks may include optimizing videos for various digital platforms, managing video assets and archives, and staying updated on trends and best practices in video production.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics and visual design, including basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Candidates should possess skills in audio editing and sound design, including working with voice-overs, background music, and sound effects for clean and balanced mixes.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual storytelling, including understanding pacing, shot composition, narrative structure, and audience engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills related to digital content production, such as optimizing videos for web, social media, and YouTube, with awareness of formats, resolutions, and compression.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
