Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in Varanasi.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging videos for social media, ad campaigns, and other digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include trimming and organizing clips, adding transitions and effects, performing color correction and grading, and integrating motion graphics and basic visual elements. The role also involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and content teams to align videos with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and timelines.

Editor will maintain organized project files,



optimize video formats for different channels, and stay updated on current video trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience creating content for digital marketing or social media.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent brand look and feel.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and campaign objectives.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic graphic tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good sense of pacing, visual composition, and audio synchronization, with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio demonstrating previous video work is required.
