About the Role

Ace Blend is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor & Motion Graphic who can conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for our growing D2C wellness and nutrition brand.

The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for visuals, storytelling, lighting, and composition, along with hands-on experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics. From product shoots and social media content to influencer collaborations and brand campaigns, the candidate will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Production & Videography: Plan and shoot high-quality videos for products, social media campaigns, brand promotions, influencer collaborations, and events.
- Video Editing: Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, digital advertisements, product launches, and other marketing channels.
- Product Shoots: Shoot and edit product-focused videos that highlight product features, advantages, usage, and brand positioning.
- Social Media Content: Create short-form, fast-paced, and platform-optimised videos aligned with current social media trends.
- Influencer Content: Shoot, edit, and repurpose influencer and user-generated content (UGC) for organic and paid campaigns.
- Motion Graphics: Create animations, text overlays, transitions, and basic visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Event Coverage: Capture event highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and brand activations.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand briefs, develop concepts, and execute video projects.
- Post-production:



Manage colour correction, sound design, audio syncing, footage organisation, and final video exports.
- Creative Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging video formats, editing styles, AI-powered tools, and content trends to improve creative output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in both videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience creating social media videos, product videos, and promotional content.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, colour grading, and sound design.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video editing and content creation tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work within deadlines, and deliver high-quality content consistently.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both shooting and editing capabilities.

Preferred Experience

- 2–4 years of experience in video production, videography, and video editing.
- Experience working with D2C, FMCG, wellness, nutrition, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience with product photography and videography, studio shoots, and social media advertisements.
- Understanding of digital marketing requirements and performance-driven video creatives.
- Ability to travel for shoots, events, and brand activations as required.
