Role Description This is a full time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Mohali district.

The Video

Editor will work closely with directors, producers, and the creative team to assemble raw footage into polished video content for films, web series, music videos, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and trimming clips, synchronizing audio, applying transitions, color grading, and integrating graphics or motion elements to enhance storytelling. The role involves maintaining project timelines, adapting edits based on feedback, and ensuring that all output aligns with brand guidelines and platform requirements.





The Video

Editor will also contribute creative ideas, support pre-visualization of concepts, and collaborate on content optimization for various digital channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent visual style and mood across different projects.
- Capability in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and visual elements that enhance narrative impact.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and sound-visual synchronization.
- Ability to work on-site in Mohali district, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, animation, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required.
