About the RoleAI Plus Labs is looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor who can combine compelling storytelling, high-quality editing, and AI-powered content creation.

We're looking for someone who understands modern video trends, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and is excited to experiment with the latest generative AI tools to create engaging, high-impact content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, digital advertising, product promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional content, and motion graphics.
- Leverage generative AI tools to develop creative visuals, cinematic sequences, and AI-generated video content.
- Work with tools such as Seedance, Higgsfield, and Google Flow to experiment with AI-driven video production.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to turn creative concepts into polished videos.
- Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies, editing techniques, and content trends.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of skilled video editing experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, transitions, sound design,



color grading, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing video editing and creative production skills.

AI Skills – Highly PreferredWe're particularly interested in candidates who have hands-on experience with AI-powered creative workflows.
- Familiarity with Seedance, Higgsfield, and Google Flow.
- Ability to generate and refine AI-powered video content using effective prompting.
- Experience integrating AI-generated footage into professional editing workflows.
- Willingness to explore new AI tools and continuously improve creative production processes.
