Role Description The Video Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for leading end-to-end video projects that support Margo Digitech’s branding and marketing initiatives. This role oversees concept development, storyboarding, and visual style, ensuring that all video content aligns with strategic objectives and brand guidelines.

The Video

Director coordinates pre-production planning, manages shoots, directs talent and crew, and ensures smooth production workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with creative, marketing, and strategy teams, supervising editing and post-production, and delivering high-quality digital video assets on time and within budget.



The role also involves maintaining production standards, optimizing processes, and staying updated on video trends and technologies to enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Direction and Film Production, with experience leading narrative and brand-focused video projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Digital Video, including managing shoots, camera setups, lighting, and audio for various digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in Video Editing, with familiarity in industry-standard editing and post-production tools.
- Relevant skills such as scriptwriting, storyboarding, visual storytelling, and basic motion graphics are beneficial.
- Prior experience directing commercial, corporate, or marketing videos, preferably in a creative, media, or marketing environment, is an advantage.
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration abilities, with capacity to lead cross-functional teams and work under time-sensitive deadlines.
- A degree or formal training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent skilled experience.
