Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, and branding initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and trimming clips, adding transitions, sound effects, and music, applying motion graphics or text overlays, and ensuring videos are aligned with creative briefs and brand guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to refine concepts, maintain consistent visual identity, and deliver projects within deadlines.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring regular coordination with internal teams and participation in creative discussions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess motion graphics and basic animation skills using tools such as Adobe After Effects or similar applications.
- Candidates should possess sound editing and mixing skills, including working with voice-overs, music tracks, and audio effects.
- Candidates should possess skills in visual storytelling, shot selection, pacing, and creating engaging narratives for social and digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with digital marketing and social media formats, including short-form content, reels, and ads.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across videos.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional creative and marketing teams.
- Relevant experience in video editing for agencies, brands, or content creators, and a portfolio or showreel showcasing past work.
- Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience is valued.
